Return & Refund Guidelines

We want you to be fully satisfied. If you are not, follow this simple return process.

📅 Return deadline

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unworn, with all original tags and packaging. Shoes must show no signs of outdoor use (no scratched soles, no dirt).

📦 Initiating a return

Send an email to our support address with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will give you a return authorization and the exact warehouse address. You pay the return postage unless the product is faulty or we sent the wrong model. Use a tracked shipping service – we are not responsible for lost return parcels.

💰 Refund timeline

Within 5 business days of receiving the return, we will inspect it and notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within another 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non‑refundable.

🔄 Exchanging an item

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the unwanted item and place a new order for the correct size or color. This ensures you get the replacement quickly.

🚫 Products excluded

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks, insoles, or items clearly marked “non‑returnable”. Gift cards are also non‑refundable.

⚠️ When we pay return shipping

If the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or the wrong item was sent, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your return postage after verification. Contact us within 7 days in such cases.
